An accidental discovery showed that singing reduces snoring at night. This discovery was made by a British choir director who suffered from her husband’s snoring for many years. She suggested that he start by singing 20 minutes a day and contact a doctor who suggested other complementary activities. They then performed a 3 month study with 20 volunteers and the result was amazing. Vocal exercises improve and strengthen your vocal cords and neck, which improves airflow and keeps you from snoring.
