  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (45 ml)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  2. Pour the water into a heat-resistant bowl and add salt and olive oil.
  3. Then set the timer to 90 seconds and cook it in the microwave at maximum temperature.
  4. Take the water out of the microwave and add the white rice. Set the microwave to 10 minutes at maximum temperature.
  5. While the rice is in the microwave, finely chop the carrot, onion and leeks.
  6. Then add olive oil to a frying pan, heat it and add all the vegetables.
  7. Saute the vegetables and never stop stirring. That way, the vegetables will not burn on, or lose their aroma and flavor.
