  5. Pour the cake batter into the mold, and bake on medium heat for 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 125 ml oil

  • 5 large apples

Course of action

  • This is one of the most satisfying apple pie recipes. Mix a little sugar with a little water in a saucepan and heat it until it turns into caramel. Then set it aside.
  • Wash, peel and slice the apples and place them on top of the caramel.
  • In a new bowl, mix the rest of the sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest together.
  • Stir the mixture well until the sugar dissolves. Gradually add the oil while stirring gently.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and milk to give a sticky dough.
  • Pour the mixture over the apples and caramel, and bake it in the oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.

3. Apple and almond cake

Ingredients

  • 4 large green apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (10 g)
  • 250 g margarine
  • 350 g sugar
  • 6 eggs (separate the egg whites and egg yolks)
  • 500 g flour
  • 400 g chopped roasted almonds
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla (10 g)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Grease a cake tin and sprinkle it with a little flour. The mold must have a diameter of approx. 26 centimeters.
  3. Wash, peel and remove the seeds from the apples. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Put apples, cinnamon and sugar in a large saucepan. Heat on high heat until the sugar melts.
  5. Let it cool, sift the liquid and mix it with the milk. Set the apples aside.
  6. Use an electric whisk to mix the margarine with the rest of the sugar in a bowl. Add egg yolks one by one.
  7. Add flour, milk and vanilla, and stir on low speed. Set it aside.
  8. Beat the egg whites stiff and add them to the previous mixture.
  9. Add the almonds and apples you previously set aside.
  10. Bake the dough for approx. 45 minutes. Stick the dough with a toothpick or fork. The cake is finished when the dough no longer sticks to the fork.

4. Puff pastry cake

Ingredients

  • 1 rectangular sheet of chilled puff pastry
  • 3 medium-sized apples
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (45 g)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (60 g)
  • 4 tablespoons honey (100 g)
  • A glass of sugar to decorate with

Course of action

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Put baking paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin. Then cut the irregular edges and place it on the lined tray.
  4. Puncture the dough with a fork so that it does not rise too much when baked.
