Feeling tired once in a while is normal. In fact, it is very common for humans. The problem is not feeling tired every now and then, but rather constantly. So that means something is definitely wrong. You need to find out why you are feeling tired  and find a solution to get a better quality of life.

1. Getting up very late

Basically, you probably think that sleeping long means you are more rested, but in fact it is wrong. In fact  , an early awakening makes people more restless,  calm and relaxed throughout the day.

In 2009, a study from the University of Leipzig in Germany showed that the most energetic and proactive people are exactly those who get up early.

Similarly, a study by the Research Institute for Molecular Biology and Biophysics at the Russian Academy of Sciences – published in the journal Personality and Individual Differences – concluded that there are three personality types in terms of the dynamics of their biological clock.

The report emphasizes that  you need to figure out your high-energy hours, and set your habits,  to take advantage of the time you are most active. This is called finding its “chronotype”.

Poor nutrition

Too many carbohydrates and too little protein can probably cause severe fatigue. Although carbohydrates are delicious foods that provide fast energy, the body converts them into sugar, thus causing your blood sugar to rise.

Thereafter, the pancreas must produce a large amount of insulin to lower blood sugar. So when your blood sugar level takes these slides, your body will search for homeostasis, and spend a lot of energy on it. If you are an incorrigible candy and carbohydrate eater, you will regularly feel tired.

3. The pace of a sedentary lifestyle

Doing nothing can make you very tired. That’s how it is, in fact, an extremely sedentary lifestyle is not a pleasant feeling, but rather constantly exhausting. This is why you get tired if you have a job where you sit down all the time, or take the car to the store right next door.

On the other hand, low-intensity physical and aerobic exercises – including outdoor activities – will strengthen the secretion of pleasure hormones, which in turn will improve your sleep quality and overall health. You will probably feel tired at first, but  exercise significantly reduces fatigue, and provides better resilience.

4. Lack of direct sunlight

The body needs sunlight and that is why sunbathing early in the morning and late in the afternoon  helps the body to produce adequate vitamin D. At the same time, sunlight helps keep the body healthy. Being exposed to sunlight alone will make it easier for you to achieve a better quality of sleep.

5. To sleep poorly

One of the main causes of fatigue is that you do not get enough hours of good sleep. It is best for an adult to get up to 7 or 8 hours of undisturbed sleep at night. This allows the brain and other organs to undergo all processes of reconstruction.

6. Lack of minerals and vitamins

Micro-nutrients, minerals and vitamins are important ingredients for your body to function properly. Deficiency of these substances causes fatigue,  burnout, dizziness, and also other more serious health problems.

Eating a varied diet, by getting at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, provides many necessary nutrients. It is also very beneficial to eat nuts, even those that contain minerals such as magnesium chloride.

7. Stressful situations make you feel tired

You can lose heart when faced with difficult, unmanageable situations for which there is no solution. If you have a recurring problem, a situation that is consuming you, or you are worried about illness in the family, you may want to throw in the towel.

In such situations, you should relax and  stop thinking about what you do not control yourself. That way, you can reduce emotional tension. Also very stressful work situations can contribute to chronic fatigue. Therefore, try to do something nice for yourself, and get a little relaxed once in a while. Then you can get rid of the reasons why you feel tired.
